SkiBound Partnership with International Academy 

As school ski specialists here at SkiBound, we are regularly asked by students who have enjoyed their trip how they can turn skiing into a career. When asked this question we are proud to refer our schools to International Academy, a sister company to SkiBound and also a part of TUI Travel PLC

International Acedemy offers 5-13 week instructor training course in skiing, snowboarding, sailing, scuba diving and surfing which take place in exotic destinations worldwide. The courses are very popular for people ages 17-19 looking for a worthwhile gap year experience whist gaining professional qualifications.

We are delighted to announce that we have expanded our regional flying departures, so you and your school group can fly direct from your local airport to Europe’s finest resorts. We are proud to offer the widest choice of regional flight options throughout the UK, starting as early as 10th December 2011. Our regional airports include;

- You asked for Saturday departures… we provide just that

Our Party Leader feedback highlighted the demand to switch our charter departure days from Sunday to Saturday, so we did just that! Departing on a Saturday has numerous advantages, including more flight options available and a rest day on the Sunday before returning to school. It also gives you that extra day in case of any unforeseen travel disruptions, meaning that the students won’t miss any time at school.

KATIES SKI TRACKS

"Helping to make the impossible very possible"

Katie's Ski Tracks is a small voluntary organisation, but with a vey big heart, which provides skiing holiday opportunities to children with carying disabilities and even terminal illness.

SkiBound are proud to be official fund raisers for Katie's Ski Tracks in 2010-2011. We would be most greatful if you can help raise funds to make the impossible very possible for these disadvantaged children.

SUPER RESULTS FOR SPORT RELIEF!

School groups and SkiBound staff took part in the 'Big Air' skiing in fancy dress, The Moonlite Mountain Ascent, Inter-school dodgeball competitions, The Sport Relief 3 Mile and 6 Mile Event in Brighton and more - all in the name of charity!

SkiBound has raised a grand total of £3,135.60 for Sport Relief this year and we would like to thank all those who have donated and got involved to the cause!
