Location
Within the main resort area of Alpe d’Huez, and close to the ever popular sports centre, the Vallée Blanche  is just four minutes walk to the ski lifts. These ‘bucket lifts’ a real hallmark of Alpe d’Huez, will take you straight to the ski school meeting area, and the main departure area for all of the main ski lifts for the resort. Ski fit and storage
Our in-house team of ski technicians will have all of the equipment you pre-ordered waiting, serviced and ready upon your arrival for a final fitting and any adjustment required. Our ski fit and storage all takes place within the hotel offering you the ability to get fitted out when it suits you, on-going support throughout the week for any niggles and easy on site storage.

Ski pass options
Our standard prices include the Alpe d’Huez ski pass that cover all of the pistes shown on the map, including the Auris Oz and Vaujany options with an ample 248km of pistes, whilst upgrading to the full Visalp pass gives the opportunity for ski away days – ask our sales advisors for details.

Rooms
The Vallée Blanche can accommodate up to 160 guests staying in its 41 rooms. Typically with students sharing 4 to a room. All of the rooms are en-suite with either a bath or shower, hair dryer and TV and most have a balcony with impressive views to the south.

Security
The Vallée Blanche has recently undergone a renovation, during which time we have installed state of the art security and fire safety, so that the hotel surpasses even the most rigorous 'type R' classification required for school groups.  All of our staff are carefully selected for their skills and experience, and then carefully screened. At the Vallée Blanche in particular, we operate 24 hour staffing of the hotel, with an English speaking Night Porter on duty every night. Entrance to both sides of the hotel is by coded doors.

Catering
Our standard accommodation option provides a good buffet breakfast, packed lunch and two course evening meal. However there are many upgrade options available, please contact us for for further details.

Après-ski options
In addition to the large restaurant and bar area, that we happily make available for evening activities, the Vallée Blanche boasts a games room and an in-house disco. Alpe d’Huez has a fantastic range of après-ski options including ice skating and a sport centre outdoor pool.
