Mount Cimone

Situated in the beautiful region of Emiglia-Romagna, Mount Cimone is the main ski resort and the highest point in the Tuscan-Emilan Apennine Mountain Range.

Resort
The resort is made up of 4 picturesque mountain villages, Sestola, Fanano, Montecreto and Riolunato offering a friendly welcome and hospitality. With a modern lift system and an excellent snow record, Mount Cimone is an excellent choice for our school groups.

Ski Level
Beginners can start the week at the nursery slopes at Cimoncino and intermediates can take advantage of the Pian Del Fanco chairlift in order to ski direct from the centre of Sestola. Beginners and early intermediates have access to some great runs at Passo del Lupo before progressing onto the more advanced network of red runs that spread across the whole area. Particularly thrilling is the Baggiolara, which leads down to Le Polle.

Snowboarding
There is a large snowpark, and a dedicated area especially for beginners.
