When you have travelled so far, to enjoy the world’s best ski conditions, it’s a shame to jump on the plane and come straight home. A stopover in one of America’s great cities will provide a wealth of enjoyment and learning opportunities and represent excellent value for money.
Whether just for a day, a day and night, or a longer stay there is no end to the choice of attractions and sights to see.
On the East Coast your group can go to the Top of the Rock in New York or pick up souvenirs at Quincy Market in Boston. West Coast groups get to marvel at the geography in and around San Francisco and to explore the
famous Fisherman’s Wharf.
San Francisco
SkiBound groups can never resist a stopover in San Francisco; with so much to see and do one night never seems enough. This is why many groups return year after year to get another fill of San Francisco and then onwards to their favourite ski resort in Lake Tahoe. Don’t forget to take your camera as the city’s steepness makes for some wonderfully panoramic viewpoints. There will also be some free time for your group to spend exploring this Pacific Coast city.
