Alpine Meadows

Alpine Meadows is locally known for its great snow and soaring views of Lake Tahoe and the High Sierra. With 2400 skiable acres, Alpine has enough to keep every school group entertained and improving as the week goes on.

SkiBound continues to offer a North Shore programme for the 2009/10 season by working with a range of hotels and resorts. North Lake Tahoe gives groups easy access to an increasing range of fantastic resorts including North Star, Sugar Bowl, Alpine Meadows and Homewood which are developing every season. By being based on the north shore, groups have a greater variety of resorts in California.

Ski Level
This area offers an affordable ski school programme and be skied for a whole week or as part of the week with Northstar. If you appreciate low key, true High Sierra skiing and great value, Alpine Meadows is the place.

Snowboarding
Alpine Meadows Ski Resort offers skiers and snowboarders 2000 acres of the most varied terrain in Tahoe: six bowls, steep chutes, gentle glades and endless cruisers have made Alpine Meadows the locals’ favourite.
