The Jungfrau in Switzerland is one of the oldest established ski areas in Europe and sits on either side of the Kleine Scheidegg ski area, which nestles beneath the towering peaks of the spectacular Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The efficient mountain railway from Interlaken and Wilderswil gives access to the resorts of Wengen, Grindelwald and Mürren.
Resort
Wengen can only be reached by cog railway from Lauterbrunnen and offers superb skiing with the enormous snow-bowl at Männlichen. The whole area is covered on the pass including the use of the rail system. Our groups can choose to drive to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen or access the skiing by train from Interlaken and Wilderswil.
Ski level
The Grindelwald First ski area has some excellent beginners runs and a challenging 8km descent to the village for the more experienced. Dramatic skiing can also be found on the opposite side of the Lauterbrunnen Valley at Mürren.
Snowboarding
All the areas are boarder friendly.
