Party Leader Information

If you are organising your first school ski trip away with your pupils and looking for advice, or if you are an experienced party leader, the following information can help answer many of the questions that you may face when organising a school ski trip.

Firstly, there is an outline of the steps that we undertake to ensure the safety of each and every pupil on our ski trips. This is followed by relevant links to other governmental bodies as well as some external sources of advice and information.

If there are still some matters that you need more information on, then please feel free to contact us.

Overview and Summary
Our school ski tours are full of fun and exciting activities besides the opportunity to ski in some of the most exhilarating ski areas in Europe and North America. However, please be assured our priority is your group's safety at every stage of the trip.

We can offer our knowledge and assistance to all party leaders with the somewhat daunting process of getting your school ski trip approved by your local authority. This can range from assistance with providing tools that could assist you in how to complete your individual risk assessments, local authority forms or things you should be aware of when taking a school group overseas. Be assured that you are in the right place where safety is concerned!
