Northstar

SkiBound is very proud to offer your group on-slope accommodation in the Northstar Village only 50 metres from the slopes and offering a hassle free all-inclusive package.

SkiBound continues to offer a North Shore programme for the 2009/10 season by working with a range of hotels and resorts. North Lake Tahoe gives groups easy access to an increasing range of fantastic resorts including North Star, Sugar Bowl, Alpine Meadows and Homewood which are developing every season. By being based on the north shore, groups have a greater variety of resorts in California.

Resort
Skiing at Northstar is both inviting and challenging but getting from one side of the mountain to the other is never more than a lift ride away. Northstar like to help total beginners by providing two magic carpet systems on the nursery slopes.

Ski Level
Once the beginners are more confident they can move up to a four-person chair lift to enjoy some of the green and blue runs. Meanwhile the more experienced skiers can try diamond and double diamonds. Although Northstar is good for all levels of skiers, 50% of the trials area is aimed at intermediates.

Snowboarding
There is a wide variety of Terrain Parks at Northstar including Lake Tahoe's longest continuous Terrain Park and the Ground Zero Terrain Park also has two half pipes and terrain features.

All Inclusive package
For groups staying at the Northstar Condo’s, the package includes breakfast, lunch on the mountain, evening meals, 5 day lift ticket, 5 hours of instruction plus 1 hours supervision for lunch, ski and snowboard rentals.
