Our Booking Conditions explain all the terms related to your school ski trip. They outline the financial protection you receive, details of your contract, and the procedures we follow to ensure your group is supported throughout the journey. We encourage Party Leaders to read these conditions carefully before confirming a trip.
These conditions include information about how to book, amendments, cancellation policies, financial protection, insurance, accommodation standards and what to expect regarding snow and weather conditions. For schools based outside the UK or in Crown Dependencies, alternative booking terms are provided.
