Set your budget and explore destinations

Begin by reviewing your budget and considering which destinations best meet your group’s needs. Our range includes Europe’s most reliable resorts and impressive long-haul options. If you need guidance, our team can help match your group’s abilities and aspirations with the right destination.

Request a quote

Submit a quote request online or by phone. We aim to return detailed quotes within two working days, including pricing, inclusions and suitable accommodation options. These are designed to be easy for senior leaders to review and approve.

Make a provisional booking

Once your quote is approved, we can hold your spaces for two weeks at no obligation. This gives you time to promote the trip to students and parents, using SkiBound’s promotional tools if needed.

Collect initial deposits

Begin collecting deposits from students who wish to join the trip. This step helps secure the correct group size and ensures your spaces are confirmed.

Counting down to departure

Your Tour Co-ordinator will support you through confirmation packs, passport checks, second and third deposits, final balance deadlines and issuing of your full travel pack. This ensures you feel prepared and supported ahead of your departure.
