ATOL
Protection for flight-inclusive trips
For all air-based packages, ATOL financial protection gives schools and parents confidence that, in the unlikely event of insolvency, their trip is protected. This includes repatriation where required. Our ATOL protection membership is No.: 2165.
Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge
The LOtC Quality Badge recognises providers who offer high-quality learning experiences beyond the classroom. We have demonstrated that our trips support effective learning, include accurate and transparent information, and follow a robust Safety Management System.
School Travel Forum (STF)
The School Travel Forum (STF) is the awarding body of the LOtC Quality Badge set up to promote best practice and safety in educational travel. As a full member of the STF, SkiBound adheres to a stringent Code of Practice and Safety Management Standards, and we are audited annually by independent health and safety professionals. This accreditation confirms our safety measures meet the standards expected by UK schools.
Council of British International Schools (COBIS)
As a Council of British International Schools (COBIS) Supporting Associate, our SkiBound team offers schools a clear point of reassurance when arranging ski trips. Our membership indicates that we understand the expectations placed on organisations working with British international schools, including careful attention to safeguarding, risk management and clear communication.
