On the slopes

As you’d expect from an Olympic-grade ski resort, Snowbasin has some of the finest tracks in the whole country. There are over 100 different trails to experience, meaning your more confident skiers are unlikely to have to ski the same stretch twice. Although the majority of gradients are deemed intermediate to advanced, there are lots of gentler provisions for beginners. And with 5 hours’ worth of daily instruction, it won’t be long before those new to the slopes are seeking more challenges. The already experienced skiers and boarders can choose from the excellent open bowls and powder glades to well-groomed cruisers and some of the most-challenging chutes in the area. To add to the diverse terrain offering up an abundance of light Utah powder and mogul trails, Snowbasin has 4 terrain parks for those looking to experiment with a range of jibs and jumps. Though more geared to intermediate-level skiers, the resort of Snowbasin offers numerous challenges for all ability levels and an impressive après-ski programme that is difficult to match.
