On the slopes

The ski schools within the Salzburger Sportwelt ski area maintain an excellent reputation for all levels of skier and snowboarder. Supported by a well-planned lift system and links between the resorts ensure groups can maximise their skiing time with queuing kept to a minimum. The Salzburger Sportwelt is a popular choice for schools with many new to skiing seeking a broad variety of runs. There is a wide choice for beginners with most starting in Alpendorf before progressing to the slopes of Flachau and Flachauwinkl. Intermediates and quick learners will thrive in Sportwelt with an array of blue and red runs accounting for much of the well-groomed terrain.
