Zell am See

One of the prettiest settings of any resort, the Zell am See ski area overlooks the beautiful lake and the towering Hohe Tauern mountain range separating the northern and southern Alps in Austria.

Resort
The Europa Sport region includes not only Zell, but also the imposing Kitzsteinhorn glacier at Kaprun, giving guaranteed snow conditions up to 3029m. Most groups will ski both Zell am See and Kitzsteinhorn during their stay, with the entire area offering an unbeatable range of pistes for all abilities.

Ski level
For beginners there is an excellent choice of nursery slopes and access across the resort on blue runs, whilst intermediates and experts will enjoy the long cruisers on the Kitzeinhorn Glacier.

Snowboarding
Zell Am See welcomes boarders with a specialist snowboard school, half-pipe and a terrain park on the Schmittenhohe. Lifts are suitable for boarders and it is possible to avoid flat areas.
